Who knew!
Legendary artist Salvador Dali created the cover art for 4 issues of
Vogue, the first hitting newstands in 1939 and the last in 1971. You can't grow up anywhere and not be aware of Dali's works - they're everywhere, but these little gems really took me by surprise.
They are all amazing works, but I need to pick a fave and it's the one he did for the mag in 1939. The colouring is amazing and the two figures seem so well dressed, everyone wears the finest on the cover of
Vogue!

I like #1. The ribcage sailboat. The long shadow on the jump rope girl. Very cool!!
