Marc Jacobs - Fall 2012

Ummm - not sure what to say here. I feel like the Mad Hatter raided a pirate ship and got away with a treasure box full of shoes.

I realize this may not necessarily speak to me - but, there are people out there whose personal style would love to see these items hanging in their closets. I'll save my limited closet space for something a little more - me.

A Little Friday Funny

Thought I would share something a little amusing for your Friday.

The talented illustrator Mike Frederiqo gives the infamous Mr. SquarePants some different looks!

There are some clear telltale signs indicating who SpongeBob is channeling but in case it's been a long week - Coco Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld and Terry Richardson.

Happy Friday Everyone!

Louis Vuitton - Spring/Summer 2012

Another amazing display of artistic creativity brought to the runway - and i'm not talking about the clothing.

The carousel themse used by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012 at Paris Fashion Week is a-ma-zing. The backdrop enhances the clothing and makes the whole show so spectacular and visually stimulating.

I'm really loving the more creative approach to runway shows. Goodbye to the days of models strutting down a plain 'ol runway... Hello to the days of the runway production!

This bitch has all the luck! She looks better than she did in the 80s and now she's sporting fashions I only wish I could afford. Though, I have to admit - she is looking great for her age!

These images are set to appear in the August issue of Harper's Bazaar ahead of the July 29th release of The Smurfs.

This must hurt Lindsay Lohan to see - Smurfette's career is doing way better than hers!
