Loyal to her brand, Donatella Versace showed up to Glamour's Women of the Year Awards in a stunning yellow Versace gown.
Is it just me, or does she look like a bit of a bobble head in this picture? She's rocking the tiniest waist and her head just seems way out of proportion with the rest of her...am I mistaken in my thinking that red carpet photos don't fall victim to photoshop? Looks like a chop job and someone stuck Donatella's head on a younger looking body.
